SHIPPING

• All orders would be shipped within 2-5 days (Monday - Friday). Order tracking would be shared to the registered email.
• Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2-10 days for delivery.
• The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.
  
• A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.

REPLACEMENT:

Please be aware that our return policy does not include warranty services for the purchased items.
We have a no return policy. We accept replacement only in case a client receives a damaged product or an incorrectly processed order.

REFUNDS:

We have a no refund policy. We accept replacement only provided in the event that you received a damaged product from our end. No additional shipping costs will be charged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

• If you have received a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for it. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture for the product and email at “ luxurylightingindia@gmail.com”.
• To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been successfully placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, once the order has entered the dispatch process, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

TIME PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

• We have a 24 hrs exchange policy, which means you have 24 hrs after receiving your item to request a return or exchange; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
• To start a return or exchange, contact us at “ luxurylightingindia@gmail.com” with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange.
• To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it & in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For every order we package, we record a video while packaging for internal control and customer satisfaction purposes.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which

(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled

(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
